Caroni 100% Trinidad Rum

The 100% Trinidad Rum series is a collection of bottlings from Velier SpA, produced outside of and in greater quantities than its legendary numbered releases. The range was intended to showcase the Trinidad terroir and its influence on Caroni, with the rums being produced from local molasses and entirely aged on the island.
Released between 2012 and 2017, the collection includes a quarter of age statements (12-, 15-, 17- and 21-year-old) alongside a rarer magnum sized offering from 2015.
