Long Pond TECC & Monymusk MBS National Rums of Jamaica 2 x 70cl

Two pure single Jamaica rum, bottled by National Rums of Jamaica, a company jointly owned by the Jamaican government, Demerara Distillers and Maison Ferrand. The company owns Long Pond distillery, and a majority stake at Clarendon.

  • Long Pond TECC 2007 Continental Flavoured 11 Year Old
    This is a Continental Flavoured style rum, one of four classifications used in Jamaica, identifying rums with 700/1600 gr/hlpa. The TECC mark specifically refers to rums with 1500/1700 gr/hlpa
    Bottled from a stock of 11 barrels distilled in a double retort pot still.
    Fully aged for 11 years in the tropics with an angels' share of 57% leaving enough for 3325 bottles.
  • Monymusk MBS 2010 9 Year Old
    This 2010 vintage was distilled at Clarendon distillery on its column still. The Monymusk brand is produced there before being aged and blended at the former Innswood distillery.
    Fully aged for 9 years in the tropics, this is marked MBS, and contains congeners at 308,4 gr/hlpa, and esters at a level of 152,2 gr/hlpa.
    One of 4600 bottles at 62% drawn from a stock of 15 barrels.
