Ti Rhum 50cl
A pure sugar cane juice rhum from Chamarel distillery the island of Mauritius. Chamarel still maintains a sugar plantation the produce of which is reserved exclusively for use in production of their own rums and boasts both a continuous copper still and two 20 HL copper pot stills in the cognac style.
This example is a classic amber rhum and a key ingredient in an authentic Ti Punch.
